SSO vs. SCIM: What's the Difference?
SSO (Single Sign-On) lets users log in to Claude using your organization's existing authentication infrastructure (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID). It is available starting with the Team plan.
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) automatically synchronizes user provisioning (adding, removing, and changing roles) from your IdP (Identity Provider). For organizations with 100 or more users, SCIM can significantly reduce administrative overhead. SCIM is only available on the Enterprise plan.
